What this site collects
The site only receives the data you choose to send by writing to info@mtodev.it or by booking a call.
The only processing that takes place on the site is statistical measurement of visits through Google Analytics 4, and only if you have accepted it.
The cookies the site sets
Only after your consent, and only these two:

In addition, the site records your consent choice in the browser’s
localStorage, with a timestamp. It is not a cookie and is never
sent to anyone: it stays on your device and expires after six months, after which
you are asked to choose again.
Legal basis and purpose
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by pressing “Accept” and can refuse by pressing “Reject”. The purpose is statistical: understanding how many people visit the site and which pages they read, in order to improve it.
Google Analytics is configured in Consent Mode v2, Basic mode, without advertising signals: no data is collected for personalised ads, no advertising profile is created and the data does not feed any advertising networks.
For how long
Measurement data is retained by Google for 2 months, the minimum period available in the property settings. The two cookies above last for the duration shown in the table, and are deleted immediately if you withdraw your consent.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to the United States. The transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How to withdraw consent
At any time: open the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of
this page and press “Reject”. Withdrawal is immediate — the
_ga and _ga_NTZ3VVC93F cookies are deleted and Google Analytics
stops collecting data — and takes no more clicks than accepting does.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@mtodev.it: you will receive a reply within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
